Restaurants & Bars

The Gzhel restaurant The most delicious, purely Russian cuisine is served at the Gzhel Restaurant, that is typical Russian and intriguingly old fashioned, yet never tedious. The Chef Vasiliy Malishev uses his own inimitable originality and hundreds of nineteenth-century recipes preparing old-world soups, wonderful salads and such rare main courses as baked sterlet-sturgeon and roast pork knuckle. Amazing choice of dishes distinguish this hotel. The dishes are prepared with a professional flair and deft hand resulting in remarkable lightness for Western European cookery.

The Versailles Atrium cafe St. Petersburg’s favoured café spot for light meals, sandwiches, home-baked pastries and desserts. The coffee and wide assortment of tea are of high quality. The waiters are friendly and helpful. Much of the café’s visual attraction derives from the abundant natural lighting provided by the Atrium’s impressive glass roof.

The Suvorovsky Lobby bar The Suvorovsky old English ambience provides the right touch for reading, conversing or meeting friends. A wide range of light meals as well as full dinners. The ample wine, whisky and cognac collection is best enjoyed in front of Suvorovsky marble fireplace. For guests who like comfort leather armchairs are offered for making this meal memorable. For actions on 100-200 person the hotel offers Emerald hall.
